Now weeks into our Stay Home orders across the globe, one thing is certain; life is unpredictable. What is keeping our spirits high at Aventri is the industry's dedication to ensuring the positive bounce-back of our community by supporting one another.
Over the last few weeks, the entire global Aventri workforce has not stopped on our mission to find solutions to help with your events now and in the future. With the positive reception of our virtual partnerships a few weeks ago, we wanted to see what else we could do to support our community during this time.
Our CEO Jim Sharpe shared another message with our customers this week on how we will continue to support and provide guidance to event and meeting professionals during the coronavirus pandemic.
Jim's Message to Aventri Clients
I hope this message finds you and your family safe during this challenging time. While we all get accustomed to the new normal of remote work and staying put at home, I am encouraged by our community’s dedication to the value of meetings and events and innovation toward connecting digitally. We are here to support you and ensure the strength of our community as we navigate uncertainty and prepare for our industry to rebound.
The Aventri global team is remote and has been hard at work developing solutions to address the changes to your existing event program, and ensure success for future meetings and events.
The addition of our virtual partners Digitell, Evia and Intrado has been well received, with dozens of your leading enterprises and associations taking advantage of the opportunity to pivot upcoming events to digital experiences. We will continue to provide guidance as we navigate this journey to virtual formats and welcome any best practices that we can share with others.
Our development teams are leveraging this time to focus on product enhancements, which include upgrading our existing software capabilities to ensure a seamless experience across our core platform. Stay tuned for tools that will help you and your end-users connect better.
Many of our customers continue to engage with our Professional Services team on the significant work leading up to an event, whether training sessions, design work, and other custom projects. Please reach out to our experienced Professional Services team if you are looking to get ahead during this time, they are standing by to help.
For the past fifteen years, our AES onsite team joined you at leading trade shows and corporate events. Armed with the latest technology and products to make your event a success, the team is ready to hit the ground running when you’re able to host your live event.
While we’re advancing the capabilities available to customers, we’re also doing what we can to contribute to those in need during this time. We are proud to offer our registration and website services free for any organizations looking for help with donation requests, meal-pickups, and other community-building efforts that can leverage our software. Please pass our website to others that may need our help.
Communication is crucial right now, and we’ve created the Connecting Better online community to be a resource on how to navigate the future of meetings and events with tips on remote working, creating digital experiences, and navigating event postponement strategies.
We’re here with you and eager to help navigate challenges or roadblocks in the months ahead. Please reach out directly with any needs or thoughts that can help our community make it through this time together.
Stay safe and be well.
Jim Sharpe, CEO
