At Aventri, it’s important to us that everyone, from our customers and beyond, learns not only about our new updates and features, but how to fully utilize them in their event planning. It’s why we started Event Tech Better – a monthly newsletter and blog column that will be your guide to the latest product features, enhancements and best practices, put together by experts at Aventri.

In this latest edition, we have just a couple (but exciting!) updates to share with you. You’ll learn about the updates made to the Event Dashboard for Aventri mobile apps, as well as the ability to create merge links with Google Calendar within our various modules. Event-Level Mobile App Analytics

The Event Dashboard for the mobile app has been updated with more detailed insights. The new Event Dashboard replaces our Advanced Analytics, and now shows metrics on an individual event level rather than an entire app. When your Mobile App is live you’ll be able to see the Event Dashboard in your Event Analytics. Insights will include downloads of your specific event, number of active users, number of app page views, and number of module visits.

Google Calendar Event Merge Fields

You can now create merge field links to Google Calendar within Registration, Websites, and Marketing. Allow attendees to add the event date or all selected sessions with reminders to their Google Calendar by simply clicking the link in an email or on a website.
