A new year brings another exciting year with IMEX, the worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events. While there are two opportunities to experience everything IMEX has to offer each year, at Frankfurt and Las Vegas respectively, in recent years, the conference has announced an annual talking point that acts as a theme that carries through both events. This year that talking point is: imagination.

Right on the surface, imagination is already a fantastic theme for our industry, seeing that when planners let their minds run wild, it inspires creativity in every aspect of organizing meetings and events. On a deeper level, IMEX is breaking this talking point down even further into three topics:

  • Collaboration & Transformation
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Sustainability

When it comes to this year’s IMEX Frankfurt (May 21-23), that first topic is something we’re especially excited about, as it will be the first time we’ll be attending the conference as Stova. Those words, collaboration and transformation, really hit home for us, and here’s how it will influence our presence at this year’s show:

Reflecting on Stova’s Most Exciting Year Yet

Since last year’s IMEX Frankfurt, we’ve transformed in many ways than one. Our rebrand from etouches to Stova not only transformed our name and branding, but it gave us the opportunity to reshape our mission and values in order to foster deeper relationships with event, meeting and strategic marketing professionals and in turn enable them to create deeper and more meaningful relationships with their colleagues, constituents, and clients.

Collaboration is also something that’s long been a part of our company’s history. With five acquisitions (most recently with ITN International) and countless industry partnerships over the last three years, we understand that bringing technology and the people behind that technology together only benefits the experience our clients and planners as a whole have.

Stova’s Latest Product & Technology Enhancements

The best part about growing and transforming as a company, is it brings more people together to brainstorm and get those creative juices flowing when it comes to our product. At IMEX Frankfurt, we’ll be showcasing two recent product developments at our booth #E670:

  • First you can see first hand how BadgeNow, our plug-n-print badging experience, can help planners start printing professional badges in seconds.
  • We will also be giving demos on our Event Intelligence solution which will help you understand attendee behavior and increase event ROI.

Stova’s Commitment as a Thought Leader

At Stova, it’s a top priority to develop content and resources for the meeting and event planning community at large, and we love collaborating with industry leaders to bring these resources to life. Last year, we worked with social media expert Alex Plaxen of Little Bird Told Media to develop our Social Media Trends for Events report, and at IMEX Frankfurt, you’ll have two chances to learn more about the results of this report, as well as key take aways to bring back to your own events. Make sure you add them to your agenda!
