How does this work specifically? Let me explain.

First, each attendee is given an Aventri Smart Badge. As attendees wear it alongside event credentials, it shares a unique signal every millisecond. Utilizing a proprietary BLE technology, the Aventri Smart Badge can both send and receive attendee information continuously.

Next, Aventri  Hubs are placed around the event venue. These small wireless sensors use BLE as well as Wi-Fi to collect session attendance data as attendees enter and exit with their Aventri Smart Badges. Aventri  Hubs are placed on both sides of the session doors to replace event employees with passive, non-intrusive data collection.

While these devices are universally beneficial, they are also specifically customizable. Aventri  Hubs can be finely tuned to capture high-quality session attendance data, unique to individual events.

To achieve this, an Aventri Onsite team ensures that each Aventri  Hub is installed at the perfect distance and direction to capture the right information. Aventri Hubs can be adjusted to capture information up to 30 feet away and can collect data with a range of 360 degree or 180 degrees within a few seconds.

Finally, the Aventri Analytics Platform displays real-time information that is immediately useful and also critical for future planning.

It shows metrics that reveal what sessions are the most popular, along with rich details such as number of unique visits, returns, and average dwell times. This contextual information transparently shows the level of attendee interest at each session.
